| 2010 UCR Fees Set |
Today's Federal Register published the 2010 UCR fees accordingly (Bracket, CMV# and Fee) The Indiana website (www.ucr.in.gov) will be ready to accept payments at 8AM on Monday, May 3. Remember when calculating 2010 fees/bracket - we don't count the trailers - just the power units. B1: 0-2 $76 B2: 3-5 $227 B3: 6-20 $452 B4: 21-100 $1,576 B5: 101-1,000 $7,511 B6: 1,001 and above $73,346 The twenty-page rule can be found in today's Federal Register, Page 21993 The NCSTS Executive Committee has recommended that all 2010 UCR mailings be completed by May 15, 2010, and that national enforcement begin on July 15. This will give the industry 60 days to come into compliance with UCR for 2010 before enforcement begins. |
